"Super ervaring"

Inkom/bar is 3 maanden geleden verbouwd en het is echt een meerwaarde. Veel gezelliger en warmer om te zitten. Ontbijt is telkens weer super en de bediening vriendelijk. Kamer zoals steeds dik in orde met Nespresso op de kamer.

"Great location and design! Check in process could be improved."

The lobby is beautifuly decorated and well laid out, there are lots of areas to sit, talk, read etc. The room was well cleaned. The coffee choices in the room were excellent. The location is great in terms of being close to the train station, though the views from the rooms are not too exciting. The check in process was a bit awkward, the lady was not very helpful and almost rude but the gentleman was more helpful, indicating where the bathrooms were (my room was not yet ready), and where I could get some lunch. When I went later to check if my room was ready, the lady said no and started talking in another language, effectively dismissing me so I walked away. It did not make for a good first impression. We were automatically charged for breakfast without being asked if we wanted it, or if we used it (we did not). We had dinner at the hotel one night and unfortunately the bills for our meal had to be redone 3 times, someone different brought over the bill and she was not aware of who ordered what which made it very confusing (not her fault). The lady who had served us was there, so I am not sure why she did not help to produce the bills since we were finishing up.

The Lindner Hotel in Antwerp has got many stuffs but there is only one or two that smile and friendly. The others look like they are working in the labour camp.
