we asked for the heating system to be checked and the staff did not know how it worked. \i think that should be basic knowledge. I the customer was able to figure it out with time. Trains are very ... we asked for the heating system to be checked and the staff did not know how it worked. \i think that should be basic knowledge. I the customer was able to figure it out with time. Trains are very noisy and buses out front let there engines run from 0700 until they left. Persons on round about side had to smell and hear there exhaust and engine respecfully. show more »
