The hotel is very nice cool ambience The staff at the reception very welcoming and attentionate to detail The room and bathroom was very cute but way too small With regards to the breakfast, I arrived at 10.10 in the morning as were not told until what time it was (normally 11ish), everything was taken out and the team were not likely to set up a table for me to even offer orange juice or coffee. I had to insist and got a little something of cheap quality. Regarding the room, at 8 in th morning I were in my toilet not appropriately dressed and a STAFF MAN from the staff opened my room door and so saw me in the toilet unappropriately dressed. This is the most embarrassing moment I ever encountered and totally unacceptable

Dear Michael, If you wish to take the Feedbacks seriously, here is one! when i arrived at the reception i knew ive booked classic plus , however the Lady at the reception mentioned that i get slightly bigger room with more space, apprantely ist not true, i got what i paid for! now the point is why do you even say that? Secondly, the breakfast Service is completely unacceptable, will you ever pay premium price for a cold Croissant? here is the worst part... i went to pickup the boiled eggs from the basket and there was None, i was told by the Lady at the kitchen to wait for few minutes .... it was nearly 30 minutes, but still the egg didnt arrive, i was told that the water is bolining and perhaps you should take omlette which is faster to make! now this is really disappointing, you call it as small luxury but this is even not Close to Basics, will you seriously boil the water after the customer seeks for eggs? and tell the customer what to eat? this is really killed my morning, trust me! You should do something here to improve the Service for sure. Thirdly , i went to reception complaining about it, the Lady at the reception was Kind but you know she said am sorry , shall i offer you a chocolate? seriously? This is how you buy customer satisfaction? and one good Thing is once i asked for removing my breakfast bill she admitted, my point is she should have offered this first! Fourthly, while i was in the room post 6 pm, someone just knocked the door and tried to open it! i wasnt wearing appropriate clothes but when i did one and went, it was a Lady who was offering chocolates! again... seriously? will you even do this after checkin time? it was very annoying. Having said that i had good sleep at your Hotel, it might Looks like too much complaining but i know in Switzerland when there is something wrong you better say it, so i just did it. Dear Naveen Thank you very much for taking time to write this review directly to me. It is very important that we get feedbacks like yours. That is how we learn and can improve. Which is really important because we want to make sure that our guests get the best service we can provide. I did talk to the department managers which were involved in your unsatisfactory stay at our hotel. Our front office staff did upgrade you into an Ambassador Superior room which is a higher room category. Our house is a charming historical building therefor have all our rooms a different size. It is important that you have a good start into the morning and it is not nice to hear that this did not happen in your case. What happened at the reception afterward is not how we usually handle complains like that. Of course, a chocolate will not change the situation. When you had an experience like that at the breakfast is it our pleasure that you don’t have to pay for the breakfast you were right with pointing this out. Our housekeeping staff always goes for a tour in the evening to put a little extra in the room to make our guests feel at home and welcome. This is what the chocolate was for. When the housekeeper doesn’t get an answer after two times of knocking on the door they think nobody is in the room and go in to put the chocolate on the table. We make sure that our staff will get the training they need that this will not happen again. We would be very happy if you give us a second chance so we can show you that this is not our standard.
