Dear GuestThank you very much for taking the time to post a review on yelp. We do appreciate every comment from our guests, as they provide us with insightful information. Much to our regret, you have not been fully content with your experience at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Perhaps it was the design or the architecture that was not to your liking or even the fact that you were only able to see a snapshot of our facilities in the lobby and the bar that have resulted in your impression. We also believe your words regarding our guests are not living up to the truth and do not do justice to our valued guests. Our creative team, led by renowned Swiss interior designer Carlo Rampazzi had a completely different vision than "bland" or "characterless". He is actually known for his lively and colourful interiors, having had much success and appealing to many of our valued guests. Moreover, the addition of the Tschuggen Bergoase, our Spa designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Mario Botta, has created a new landmark for the destination Arosa. Spread over four floors and 5,000 m² in size, the Tschuggen Bergoase is one of the most innovative spa projects in Switzerland, perhaps even throughout the world. Creating a contemporary fairy-tale is not the only thing that is close to us. The warm ambience is reflected in the personalised and discreet service that has won the hearts of travellers, whatever their provenance. It is true that we are not located in the heart of the oldtown, however it is only a two-minute ride away, provided complimentary to our guests. Being a wellness hotel, we are glad to be located a few minutes away from the bustle to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Historically, there is also much to discover about the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Founded in 1883 as a therapeutic institution for lung conditions, the Sanatorium Berghilf was one of the founders of tourism for the destination Arosa. Many of its historical references can still be found in today's structure, even after a tragic fire in 1966.Dear Guest, once again we would like to thank you for your visit as well for your feedback. We hope to have given you some new insights of the hotel, the thoughts that ran into creating a unique atmosphere as well as for the people that stand behind its heritage and service philosophy.  We hope you will be able to visit us on another occasion, maybe even giving us the chance to show you around on a personalised tour of the hotel. In the meantime, we send you our best regards and remain at your disposal for any further questions.Your Tschuggen Team

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr schöner SPA Bereich. Top Preis- /Leistungsangebot!!!
