Pequeno-almoço ridículo para um hotel de cinco estrelas; staff pouco simpático em termos gerais, tirando os da receção do hotel; quartos necessitam ser remodelados, com cortinados que não tapam devidamente a entrada de luz durante a noite; casas de banho apenas com um frasco de shampoo e frasco de gel para duas pessoas e um bebé de 14 meses...inacreditável pagar 400 euros por noite e ter um serviço destes.
