Cher Luigi Guarnaccia Merci beaucoup de votre séjour au B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa et que vous avez pris le temps de nous écrire vos impressions. Nous sommes vraiment désolée que votre séjours n’était pas répondre vos attentes. Le problème avec le dispositif de drainage est réparée et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour les ennuis que cette erreur vous a causés. Malheureusement, j’étais informé seulement après votre départ pourquoi je ne pouvais pas m’excuser en personne auprès d’eux. Soyez assuré que je discute cet incident avec mon équipe pour éviter les futures affaires. Je m’excuse pour les désagrément né à vous et je vous invite lors de votre prochaine visite une « Upgrade » gratuite dans l’une de notre Suite Hürlimann. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Only point of attention is the restaurant I think: Great space, but the hamburger disappointed a bit. All in all I had a fantastic stay! Breakfast was good. But from a hotel in this price class I expect a good beef burger that has at least a hint of red/pink inside, a great bun, great sauce, seasoning and/or added stuff like cheese, onions, bacon etc. This burger was well done (in the sense that it had cooked long, not as in tasty), and the meat probably wasn't of the quality to serve it medium done, so there wasn't much of a point in complaining at the time. The bun, and added stuff like cucumbers, tomatoes etc. were not spectacular either. Nowadays in a lot of European cities you can eat _great_ hamburgers for less than 15 euros. Really stuff that knocks your socks off. Given the price point that this burger was sold at I expected something similar, I didn't get that. Note: it wasn't terrible, it was edible, but if somebody was to ask 'do they serve a good hamburger?' then I would have to answer 'NO'. Which is a shame Streaming video could have been a bit faster perhaps. But very reliable. show more »
