The hotel, staff and location of the hotel were excellent. We could not fault our stay, with the exception that we had prepaid the accommodation, but the hotel has billed us for another night on our credit card. It has now been a week since we were there but the amount is still on the credit card showing we have to pay. This is extremely concerning as the hotel did not advise us and agreed we had fully paid. After contacting our credit card personnel we have to wait another 5 days to see if the charge has been taken off. If not we have to contact Anna Hotel.....Not happy.

The additional amount missing from your credit card was the preauthorisation we took on day of check-in just in case for any extras. You are right, the authorised amount has not been released until now and I would like to apologize for that. My collegue saw your feedback yesterday and released the amount immediately.
