Perfekt, freundlich, zuvorkommend...!

Could not have been better. Staying in the Parentino was perfect, the breakfast was unbelievable & being able to go over to the Isabella was added icing on the cake.

das Zimmer war wie wir es gewollt haben, jedoch ohne Balkon Zimmer 31 Reinigungskraft sehr genau und freundlich.

Although we had asked for specific room on phone, this was not available on arrival
