Professional and friendly service and restaurant service. Complaints about housekeeping and reception. Recreation staff is nice. The bar needs better service.

Rooms, particularly bathrooms were inadequately clean, although pools were fairly well kept. Clean hotel facilities.

Complaints about maintenance and cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Old rooms with substandard TV's, furniture and air conditioning. Excellent views from decently sized rooms with okay beds. Shower can be a problem. Acceptable minibar.

Poor bar with subpar drinks. The bar needs better service.
