Le Grandeur facilities & service are good. I hope for next time there's more program (eg. extended check-out till 3pm) not only through hotel web reservation and upgrade room facilities with the new one.

"Housekeeping is a big issue"

There were cockroaches in the room as well as bathroom. Housekeeping service was too slow. When I checked in there was no bathing soap, no gown and no hand towels and it took almost an hour to get them after my request. I have been staying at the hotel for past 10 years and the quality is going down as the time is progressing.
