New rooms with excellent beds, TVs, and views. Rooms are clean, but small and lacking maintenance. Mediocre sized, poorly cleaned bathrooms. Kitchenette, minibar, A/C and furniture not great quality. Great shower.

Affordable, fairly tasty breakfasts.
Comfort
Reasonably comfortable rooms, and okay bathroom size. Small rooms with some noise and insufficient A/C, but good beds.
