Great sized rooms, very comfortable with wonderful beds. Deficient A/C and too noisy rooms.

Friendly service, and reception was okay. Great, professional waitstaff and bartenders. Housekeeping and management are lacking. Room service could have been improved. Service at the pool/beach should be improved. Recreation staff is nice. Great concierge service. Booking process should be better organized. Hotel security is ok.
