New, large rooms, and good kitchenettes. Clean rooms with great views and decent beds. Bathrooms are not great, but moderately clean. Poorly maintained rooms with low quality furniture. Shower was ok.

Great location. Pricey, inconvenient parking. Shopping, restaurants and bars in the area are great.
