Great location. Pricey, inconvenient parking.

New facilities but overall only decent building with disappointing entrance area. Lovely terrace and fairly nice grounds. Beautiful architecture. Lacking in outdoor sports facilities.

Average wellness and fitness area. Sauna not so nice. Clean wellness & sports facilities.

General service, restaurant service and reception are decent. Service is generally friendly, although bar service is poor. Housekeeping and management are lacking. Booking process should be better organized. Room service could have been improved.

So-so bar with mediocre drinks. The bar needs better service. Beverages could be cheaper.

Rooms moderately large and new with excellent views. Rooms have issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and poor A/C. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Badly maintained rooms with poor minibars and kitchenettes. Poorly furnished with bad TV's and balconies. Shower can be a problem.

Substandard dining experience and unpopular side dishes. Desserts are OK, but menu is generally poorly rated. Food is pricey and snacks are subpar. Dining area is poorly cleaned and there were complaints about the vegetables. Untasty beef dishes & steak. Pork dishes are adequate. Soups do not taste good. No good fish & seafood. Poor vegetarian & vegan dishes.

Moderately clean hotel facilities. Rooms, bathrooms and dining area all need more cleaning. Clean wellness & sports facilities.

Uncomfortable, with guests complaining about noise and the A/C. Small bathrooms, okay room size, but complaints about bed comfort.

Value for money could be better. Food and beverages are pricey.
