This is my third visit to Valamar Diamant. All was good, except air conditioning not working. We asked for help at reception 4 times, once at 4.30am as we could not sleep. The second day we asked was it possible to have a fan in our room, but this was never done. There was no proactive response. No information. The staff at reception were very poor throughout. When we were checking out, we brought an umbrella and pool towels to hand back, Pauolo at reception was extremely rude, chastised my wife by telling her 'You zhould have brought tbese to the pool'. He was very rude. He left a bad taste at the end of our holiday. Very very disappointing. I asked could this week be added to my Valamar + points and got no help.

I must apologize for the few issues you encountered which do not reflect our standard of service. Our towel service have a working time when the guest can return the towels, but beyond that time they can return it to the wellness reception. I'm sorry if Paolo did not react professionally and I will personally talk to him. I apologize if in your room were hot. Due to the bad and cold weather, the whole hotel was on heating system, just the second day of your stay we've switched to the cooling system because time has begun to improve. Tutto molto bene a parte un po' di caos il sabato sera al ristorante, troppa gente e poco personale quindi è diminuito la qualità del servizio. Molto soddisfatti della SPA balance. Ottima la palestra e il servizio nelle piscine.

Siamo davvero contenti che il suo soggiorno al „Valamar Diamant“ Hotel sia stato piacevole e che vi e piacuto il nostro novo centro di benessere "Balance".
