Affordable, fairly tasty breakfasts.
Service
Guests complain about the professionalism of the staff and management. Friendly service, and reception was okay. Great hotel security.

Outdated, badly maintained rooms with poor furniture. Poor beds and room cleanliness. Substandard bathrooms, televisions, and air conditioning. Shower can be a problem. Acceptable minibar.
Comfort
Poor beds, with complaints about A/C and noise.
Cleanliness
Rooms, bathrooms and dining area all need more cleaning. Hotel facilities could use a good clean.
Vibe
Vibe is not too good. Entrance area is not particularly attractive. Hotel could use some updating. Atmosphere could be friendlier.
