Good location, close to public transport. Decent, but pricey, parking. Central location with great sightseeing, dining out and shopping.

Friendly, excellent service in bar and restaurant. Great, professional service from reception and housekeeping. Room service is average. Booking process is sufficient. Hotel security is ok.

Clean hotel facilities. Wellness areas and rooms are clean. Pool area is clean, but dining area and rooms are not.
Room
Rooms are OK size, but old and neglected with poor furniture. Great beds, clean rooms, and good minibars. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. No views, TV's and A/C substandard. Shower can be a problem.
Comfort
Room size and comfort are OK, but beds are great. Small bathrooms, noisy rooms, and deficient A/C.
