Reception and service are alright. Professional and warm service and acceptable housekeeping. Hotel security is ok.

Reasonably comfortable rooms with a tolerable noise level and standard beds. Spacious rooms and bathrooms but A/C is inadequate.

Mostly alright rooms with OK beds, but some cleanliness issues. Poorly-maintained rooms with subpar furniture and TVs. Large rooms with nice kitchenettes. Bathrooms are large but with substandard cleaning. Rooms needing updating with poor quality A/C and minibars. Great shower.
Cleanliness
Bathrooms and rooms are untidy. Hotel facilities could use a good clean.

Breakfast can be improved.
Amenities
Poorly reviewed buildings and an uninspiring entrance area. Meeting & event facilities should be improved.
