"Friendly service helped me and I could relax to stay."

I traveled by myself at Switzerland for the first time so that I feel anxious. In addition, I lost my ticket of trains and I was bothered by this situation. However, all hotel staffs are kind and some of them advised me that I should do. The priceless service is a really good for me.

Personal zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und in einen tadellosen Zustand.

Das Haus hat lange Tradition, aber die Zimmer sind neu, wunderschön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wer selbst Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit hat (ich habe vor meiner Pensionierung in einer Umweltorganisation gearbeitet), ist hier richtig. Gegen Abgabe des Autoschlüssels ein Bahnticket zu erhalten, war eine äußerst angenehme Überraschung.

accueil efficace en français , l'hôtel est bien situé, et confortable avec de très grande chambre; Repas et petit déjeuner de qualité.


"Coldness of stay"

The receptionist who greeted me was perfectly polite but very limited in the information supplied. I was disappointed to find I could never even make a cup of tea in my room. For dinner that evening ( a Friday) my initial contact on entering the restaurant was very unwelcoming - I felt I had broken the rules simply entering as a guest without a booking. This improved when the waiters themselves took over the service. My check out the next morning was heralded in a very efficient and friendly manner and I appreciated the drop off to the station.
