Good vibes as we entered the hotel. Welcoming feel in the reception. Family suite was nice even though it is old fashioned. Beds OK and nice seaview. Quet at night even though the hotel is perfectly located at the promenade. Breakfast is good and you order at the table. Works ok and faster than you fear. Pool is OK but there is no place to change or leave your stuff while swimming. I ended up scaring a couple of ladies while changing out of soaking wet swimshorts. And the bathrobe in the room?? It is midget sized an totally useless unless you are a starved 12 year old. Good fun for the family taking photos of dad in a bathrobe ment for midgets. Nice stay in nice hotel in nice town. We enjoyed it. It is Wi-Fi but it is inadequate. Signal is weak and slow. Major improvement needed.

On our arrival we found that the reception staff were polite, professional and very friendly. We found this to be the attributes of all the staff throughout the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location right on the front and near enough to all local attractions. Our room was spacious well equipped with a lovely bathroom. Would definitely stay again, hopefully soon.

The service was second to none in the dining room. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Bedrooms were a bit on the hot side. Wobbly tables. Rooms a bit warm.

We stayed at the standard room which was spacious and clean. Had cream tea that noon & full Welsh breakfast the next day which again both service and food was fantastic. Easy access to the swimming pool in the morning. Staff very helpful & friendly. Will certainly stay again
