Good internet service. Average wifi quality.

Great location. Near to public transport and the airport. Pricey, inconvenient parking. Reasonably accessible by car. Shopping, restaurants and bars in the area are great.

Friendly, professional service, however housekeeping is less well rated. Average reception and restaurant service, but management is not great. Good shuttle service. Room service could have been improved. Booking process should be better organized. Hotel security can be an issue.

Decent views and room sizes. Rooms are poorly cleaned, as are the bathrooms, with substandard A/C and TV's. Rooms are badly-kept, and old, with poor furniture, but nice beds. Shower can be a problem. Complaints about minibars and kitchenettes.

Rooms, bathrooms and dining area all need more cleaning. Moderately clean hotel facilities.

Breakfast can be improved.

Old facilities and poor entrance area, but okay hotel grounds. Elevator in need of updating. Architecture not so nice.

Pool should be renewed.
