Great location with good access by car. Shopping is ok.

Guests complain about the professionalism of the staff and management. Friendly service, with great service at restaurant and bar, and OK reception. Booking process should be better organized. Room service could have been improved.

TV's, rooms, and beds are all okay. View is wonderful, but rooms are in need of maintenance with poor furniture and A/C. Small, insufficiently clean, old rooms and poor minibars. Mediocre sized, poorly cleaned bathrooms. Shower can be a problem. Poorly reviewed kitchenettes and balconies.

Small, noisy, uncomfortable rooms with poor A/C. So-so beds and bathroom size.

Value for money could be better. Acceptable breakfast prices. Food is a bit overpriced.
