"Great location." Central location with great sightseeing, dining out and shopping. Close to public transport and the train. Easy car access but inadequate parking.

"Reception is great with very friendly, helpful service, although restaurant service was only OK." Room service is perfect. Great concierge service.

"Great views and balcony with tidy rooms with great TV's." The rooms and bathrooms could be larger and the A/C is lacking, but the beds are great. Outdated, badly maintained rooms with poor furniture. Shower can be a problem.
