"An excellent experience with our reservation"

You may recall that we had to cancel our reservation due to the Covid-19 virus. We were not allowed to travel to Italy. I can, however, rate the way the hotel staff handled our reservations and cancellation as superior. Our booking was perfect, and the staff answered our questions promptly. Wewill be traveling to Italy next year and will stay with the Hotel Napoleon for our days in Rome. I highly recommend this Hotel and will ensure that my travel agent knows of it.

"Very accomodating management"

Actually we weren’t able to stay at the Napoleon this year as our flight from the US was canceled due to Covid. I asked about changing our reservation and received a very friendly email offering to honor our reservation next year We are very much looking forward to our visit when air travel is safer!

"No Communications from the Hotel"

Our Norwegian Air flight to Rome was cancelled due to the pandemic and we tried to reach the hotel several times to ask for a "rain check" or outright cancellation. They never responded. Terrible service experience !

"Visit postponed"

I have postponed my visit to your hotel until October (hopefully) as we are in lockdown for Covid 19
