Bar is awesome.
Location
Great location. Pricey, inconvenient parking. Excellent sightseeing, restaurants and bars nearby.
Service
Housekeeping is not great, and guests complain about service professionalism. Friendly service, especially in the restaurant, and decent reception. Valet service could be better. Booking process should be better organized. Great hotel security.
Room
Okay beds and somewhat clean, big rooms with excellent views. Guests had problems with room cleanliness and maintenance, and complained about minibars. Substandard furniture, A/C, TV's and kitchenettes. Shower can be a problem.
Breakfast
Affordable, fairly tasty breakfasts.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is lacking in rooms and bathrooms. Hotel facilities could use a good clean.
Value
Value for money could be better. Fair breakfast prices.
Amenities
Older facilities and unpleasant entrance area. Elevator in need of updating. Beautiful architecture.
WiFi
Wifi quality could be improved.
Pool
Pool should be renewed.
