Great location. Central location with great sightseeing, dining out and shopping. So-so car access and parking. Close to public transport and the train.

Rooms and dining area are clean, bathrooms acceptably so. Clean hotel facilities.

Reasonably priced, tasty breakfasts.

Rooms are spacious and tidy and beds are alright. Bathrooms aren't perfect, but okay size and clean enough. No views, poor furnishings and substandard room maintenance. Rooms needing updating with poor quality A/C and minibars.

Friendly, mostly professional service, and so-so reception and restaurant service. Room service could have been improved. Great hotel security. Shuttle service can be an issue. Booking process should be better organized.

Good internet service. Average wifi quality.
