Dear madam, Thank you for your review we are glad that you appreciated our team who is always as helpful as possible. We are sorry for the internet connexion but it is due to a general blackout in the region since 2 days, probably due to the high temperatures that we had. We are still struggling to get information about it. The price of your room was higher than at the desk because you booked through an online travel agency (Expedia). This is due to the commissions these agencies charge to us. Our rates are the most ethical possible all year long, so we cannot offer these fees to companies that don’t even pay taxes in our country. Our best prices are easily reachable by phone, by email, and also on our website where the booking module is available in 5 languages. By the way, if you look at your bill you will see that the breakfast is charged 11 euros p/person. We apologise for the flies, we are used to have some every summer due to the farm next to us, but the climate change brings us more and more these past years. We hope we brought you answers on each topic you related. We probably could have avoided this written exchange if we had had more interaction during your stay Kind regards.
